Reporting to the Manager of Payroll and supported by two Team Leads, you’ll play a key role in processing payroll for a high-volume, nationwide workforce. This organization operates over 400 locations across Canada and its BC-based payroll team supports more than 8,000 employees. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly accurate, and has hands-on expertise with ADP Workforce Now What You’ll Be Doing Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly, salaried, and temporary staff Manage onboarding/offboarding within ADP Workforce Now Handle payroll adjustments, retro pay, and vacation payouts Reconcile timesheets, entitlements, and resolve time entry discrepancies Respond to payroll and benefits inquiries from employees and managers Collaborate with payroll team members on complex processing issues Perform
