Requirements:

  • College or university diploma in Mechanical, Avionics, Electrical, Industrial, Electromechanics Engineering, Aerospace Manufacturing, or related field.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and visualize in 3D with strong analytical skills
  • Solid mechanical logic and problem-solving ability,
  • Catia,
    3DVia (or any other tools used), SAP, Eroom, MAPS
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Description:

  • Hands on experience in create & Develops manufacturing Process for Aircraft Detail parts, Sub assembly (Metallic and composite).
  • Hands on experience in aero structural assembly integration process, and flow chart preparation.
  • Interpret, verify, and approve engineering drawings and documents
  • Experience in Aerostructure Assembly Process Like, Solvent cleaning, Shimming (Metal and liquid Shimming) application, Rivet installation (Solid and blind rivets), Electrical bonding process, Sealant Application, shrink fit & Press fit Bushing and Bearing, Riveting, Wet Helicoil insert & Lube fitting assemblies.
  • Having exposer in Aircraft metallic structural parts rework and Repair process like taper ratio marking, Sanding, Solvent cleaning, Alodine touchup for corrosion resistance on aluminum structural parts.
  • Provide production support and coordinate problem-solving with support departments
  • Harmonize engineering changes with Engineering, Logistics, Quality, and Production teams
  • Hands on Experience in Aircraft Composite structural rework and repair process like Repair ply identification, taper sanding, potting, Repair ply cutting, Repair ply layup, Repair ply compaction, Final bagging, curing and final sanding and NDT.
  • Hands on experience in Abrasive Machining Process on Metallic parts like Deburring, Sanding, honing and Edge Preparation for Shot Peening Parts & sonic Area Requirements Parts.
  • Awareness of NDT process Like FPI (Florescent Penetrant Inspection) and MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection, Ultrasonic inspection method).
  • Experience in system implementation and Manufacturing Facility control Implementation.
  • Excellent Skilled in engineering fundamentals, Proficient in GD & T and handled various Engineering drawings.
