**About your next** Challenge** as a **_Associate manager, methods_**:
The associate manager, methods is responsible for the methods function within the company. He must ensure that his team's deliverables meet client standards and the processes in effect within the organization, all in terms of quality and on time.

**What You Will Do**:

- Ensure that best practices in the field of methods are respected and updated;
- Plan, organize and supervise a team of methods agents (± 20 employees) in order to meet the needs within the prescribed deadlines;
- Coordinate the technical support offered to the production teams;
- Ensure cohesion between departments with colleagues in engineering and operations;
- Create, update and communicate performance measurement reports related to his department;
- Communicate the strategies of the methods department as well as the tools put in place to achieve the targeted results;
- Create, update and monitor method procedures ;
- Determine the required level of manpower as well as resource capacity;
- Lead change and continuous improvement initiatives, assign resources and monitor projects;
- Manage operational performance and engagement of team members;
- Attend daily meetings with other stakeholders;
- Facilitate and follow up on daily department meetings;
- Participate in continuous improvement projects in the sector.
