**REQUIRED PROFILE**:

- Holder of a diploma (DEP or DEC) in aeronautics
- Experience in methods
- Experience in the aeronautics sector and in support of medium series production
- Knowledge of assembly processes (Key characteristics of simple assembly tooling or complex, capability analysis tool, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Know how to use and interpret aeronautical standards
- Know how to create a manufacturing range and/or interpret it
- Master the principles of tolerancing and chain of dimensions
- Knowledge of basic parts would be a plus
- Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, Catia V5

**Responsibilities**:

- Interpret, verify and approve drawings and other documents from the engineering department;
- Establish assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components.
- Prepare and present projects for validation with different functions
- Lead meetings and keep the various tracking files up to date
- Maintain performance indexes
- Prepare and present progress status to different levels of management
- Manage the activities of the different phases of the projects: feasibility study, project mandate and plan of business, acquisition, implementation and production.
- Harmonize the implementation of engineering changes or assembly strategy while working in close collaboration with the engineering, materials logistics, quality and production.
- Manage change requests arising during the implementation of projects;
- Develop risk management plans including mitigation plans
- Participate in problem solving and recovery plans
- Participate in the continuous improvement of our project management processes.

**Abilities**:

- Have good interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate leadership.
- Very good knowledge of its technical limits.
- Be recognized for the ability to work both in a team and independently.
- Has good interpersonal skills and knows how to adapt his communication to the interlocutor concerning, whether internally or to the customer he meets on a daily basis. As such, his strength of conviction makes it possible to argue on the technical aspects with courtesy and pedagogy.
- Enthusiastic by nature, likes to work in a fast-paced environment and unforeseen situations and emergency stimulate. Has the ability to respond calmly and responsively by providing quality.

- Secondary School (preferred)
