Treatment Coordinator/ RDA – Full-Time

Langdon Dental is seeking a friendly and professional communicator to join our team

We're looking for someone with experience in Treatment Coordination, skilled in presenting treatment plans and providing exceptional support to patients throughout their care journey.

About the Role

The Treatment Coordinator is a key member of our administrative team, working closely with the team to guide patients through complex treatment plans and ensure they feel confident and supported at every step. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, organized, and confident in guiding patients through their dental treatment options while ensuring they feel informed and at ease.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Treatment coordination and dental administration experience
  • Dental Assisting background a strong assets
  • Strong knowledge of complex treatment plans
  • Proficiency in presenting and reviewing treatment plans with patients in a clear way
  • Work life balance, available to work 4-5 days a week with 1 Saturday a month
