Job Posting: Insulation and Roofing Installer / Team Leader

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as Insulation Installers. This position is ideal for those with experience in insulation, roofing, or general construction. We are also looking for a Team Leader who can take charge of projects, manage small crews, and ensure quality results on site.

Responsibilities:

  • Install thermal insulation (fiberglass blowing)
  • Prepare materials and equipment required for installations.
  • Ensure site safety by following health and safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects on schedule.
  • (For Team Leaders) Supervise crew members, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle to commute to work.
  • Experience in insulation, roofing, or construction (an asset).
  • Familiarity with fiberglass blowing and spray foam application (training provided if necessary).
  • Ability to work at heights and use power tools.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel.
  • Reliability, autonomy, and attention to quality workmanship.
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage a small team (for Team Leader role).
