The Rohit Group in Calgary is currently looking to add a full-time, permanent **Construction Technician **to our fast-paced growing team This position requires someone who has a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow within a team**.**

**What will you do in this role?**
- Maintain construction sites cleanliness and safety from garbage and debris, snow removal, sweeping and pressure washing.
- Ensure that access into and out of home sites are safe and clean (includes stairs, ramps, guardrails, sidewalks, and driveways).
- General labor functions such as site cleanup and maintenance as needed.
- Perform touch ups and repairs on deficiencies left by trades.
- Assist Site Superintendent and the Assistant with quality controls checks on framing, insulation, foundation, and pre-occupancy per company's standard.
- Other related duties as required by the Site Superintendent or Assistant Site Superintendent**.**

**What do we look for?**
- 2 years of experience in residential construction.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Computer Savvy.
