About Us

BOLD PROPERTIES is a Vancouver-based real estate development and construction company with active residential, commecial, industrial, and mixed-use projects across Metro Vancouver. We manage projects from land acquisition through construction and completion.

We are seeking a Junior Accountant / Office Administrator to join our team. This is a multi-task role combining junior accounting support, office administration, reception, and general office operations.

Key Responsibilities: Accounting Support

  • Assist with bookkeeping and basic accounting entries
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist with payroll processing and related documentation
  • Organize invoices, receipts, and supporting financial records
  • Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Support monthly reporting and GST filings under supervision

Office Administration, Reception & Operations

  • Greet visitors and handle general phone and email inquiries
  • Provide administrative support to management and project teams
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination
  • Support basic HR and onboarding documentation
  • Oversee general office upkeep, including performing office cleaning and purchasing supplies
  • Provide a professional and customer-friendly first point of contact for the company

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Basic accounting knowledge required (junior level is sufficient)
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, administration, or office support preferred
  • Experience in real estate development or construction is an asset
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is an asset
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

Work Arrangement

  • Full-time, in-office position
  • 5 days per week
  • No remote or work-from-home option
