Job Overview: Sparkle Heavenly Cleaning Corp. is seeking dedicated, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team for a multi-home 3-Phase Post-Construction Cleaning Project in Barrie, Ontario. This role involves performing comprehensive cleaning tasks to prepare newly constructed homes for client turnover or staging. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and committed to maintaining Sparkle Heavenly's high standard of excellence.

Scope of Work – 3 Phases

Phase 1: Rough Construction Clean

  • Remove debris, drywall dust, adhesive, and general construction residue.
  • Sweep and vacuum all floors and horizontal surfaces.
  • Clean interior windows, frames, baseboards, and doors.
  • Prepare units for trades such as painters and flooring installers.

Phase 2: Detailed or "Prep for Paint" Clean

  • Wipe and polish fixtures, cabinets, and countertops.
  • Clean bathrooms, tile grout, and plumbing hardware.
  • Vacuum and mop all floors thoroughly.
  • Dust vents, ledges, baseboards, and window sills.
  • Ensure a dust-free environment ready for final inspection.

Phase 3: Final Turnover or "Showroom" Clean

  • Perform final deep cleaning and polishing of all surfaces.
  • Clean mirrors, glass, and stainless steel until streak-free.
  • Sanitize kitchens and bathrooms for client presentation.
  • Spot-clean walls, trims, and all finishing details.
  • Conduct final walkthrough ensuring the space meets showroom quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must speak fluent English (verbal and written).
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
  • Must be able to lift 40+ lbs safely.
  • Must be highly detail-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 10–12 hour shifts.
  • Must be available for on-call work depending on construction schedules.
  • Must successfully complete the onboarding process, including online training and passing the quiz.
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Schedule & Compensation

Job Type: Contract / On-Call (dependent on project progress)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 10–12 hour shifts

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience.
