Role Summary

Our client, a leading innovator in the renewable energy and sustainable building solutions sector, is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Revenue Officer. This individual will play a pivotal role in scaling the company's revenue and market presence by overseeing all revenue-generating functions, including sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships. The Revenue Officer will be responsible for executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, driving growth, and managing cross-functional teams. This position requires a visionary leader with experience in B2B sales, cleantech, or construction markets, and global market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic revenue growth plan, targeting high-potential markets and customer segments to drive business expansion.

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, establishing KPIs and sales processes to maximize revenue generation.

  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing strategies that position the company as a leader in sustainable solutions.

  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with developers, construction firms, and government agencies to integrate the company's solutions into large-scale projects.

  • Lead global market expansion strategies, prioritizing regions with strong renewable energy incentives.

  • Drive customer success initiatives to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals for high-value projects.

  • Utilize CRM tools and market analytics to track performance, forecast revenue, and optimize strategies.

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of sales, marketing, and partnership professionals.

  • Work closely with senior leadership to align revenue goals with product innovation and financial planning.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in B2B sales, marketing, or revenue operations.

  • Proven track record in scaling revenue by 5X or more in the cleantech, hardware, or construction industries.

  • Strong experience in the renewable energy, solar, or building materials sectors is preferred.

  • Experience in global market expansion and managing complex sales cycles.

  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage cross-functional teams.

  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and brand positioning.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven revenue forecasting.

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

  • Familiarity with construction, real estate, or architectural markets is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
