Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming and mopping to maintain the appearance of all floor types.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning visit.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
  • Follow safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients.
  • Utilize effective cleaning techniques to optimize cleaning processes and time management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in both commercial and residential settings.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Familiarity with sanitation standards and best practices in cleaning procedures.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
