Are you a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner who enjoys transforming homes into spotless, welcoming spaces? We'd love to have you on our team.

At SteadyClean, we specialize in residential cleaning and are known for our consistent, high-quality service. We're currently looking for experienced residential cleaning subcontractors to join us on an ongoing basis.

This is independent contract work for individuals who take pride in their cleaning skills and are committed to professional excellence.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for subcontractors who are:

  • 100% reliable, no last-minute cancellations. If you can't make it, you must arrange for a trained replacement.
  • Equipped with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Able to pass a background check, a clean criminal record is required.
  • Detail-focused, we expect thorough cleaning and no missed spots.
  • Respectful of client homes, care, discretion, and professionalism are a must.
  • Open to feedback and willing to improve where needed.
  • Consistently excellent, doing the job right the first time, every time.

We want to work with cleaners who are professional, consistent, and genuinely take pride in their work.
