Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Of Engineering located in Montreal, QC. The Head Of Engineering will oversee the engineering team, plan and execute development projects, ensure adherence to compliance requirements, and improve system processes. Responsibilities include setting technical direction, managing engineering resources, providing mentorship, and collaborating closely with other departments to align engineering objectives with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Proficiency in software development, system architecture, and technical design
  • Knowledge of SOC2 and HIPAA compliance
  • Experience with NLP/AI/LLM/ML technology and tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience in healthcare technology is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
