Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Coupa Admin Specialist to manage and optimize the Coupa platform, ensuring seamless procurement and spend management processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Coupa administration, configuration, and integration, along with strong knowledge of procurement workflows in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration & Configuration

Manage day-to-day administration of the Coupa platform, including user access, roles, permissions, and security settings.

    • Configure Coupa modules (Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, Supplier Management) to align with business requirements.
  • Maintain approval chains, workflows, and custom fields.

System Maintenance & Optimization

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

    • Implement best practices for data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Regularly review and optimize Coupa processes for efficiency and cost savings.

Integration & Data Management

Collaborate with IT teams to manage integrations between Coupa and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

    • Ensure accurate data synchronization for suppliers, catalogs, and financial transactions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to support sourcing and spend management initiatives.

    • Provide training and support to end-users and resolve system-related queries.

Reporting & Analytics

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for spend visibility and compliance tracking.

    • Analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Required Qualifications

10–12 years of experience in procurement technology, with at least 5+ years in Coupa administration .

  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Coupa configuration, workflow design, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and integration methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills

Coupa Certification (Admin or Implementation).

  • Experience in Food & Beverage or Manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance and audit processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory Skills: Coupa Implementation .

Experience: 5-8 Years .
