As a Box Office Event Agent, you deliver outstanding customer service to your customers in person, online, and over the phone. You have a track record of being dependable, have the ability to learn, and possess a strong attention to detail. During peak times at events, the pace for this role can be rather busy, so ideally, you're able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This is a casual position with shifts that coincide with our Victoria Royals' hockey games, concerts and other exciting events. This role is perfectly suited for students seeking a flexible work schedule.
