Reporting to the Ecommerce Merchandise Manager, the Ecommerce Merchandiser will play a key role in shaping how travellers discover and book unforgettable experiences. You take the initiative, ask the right questions, and constantly look for ways to enhance our site, from optimizing product listings to analyzing performance insights.

What You'll Be Doing
Product & Content Management
Build and maintain engaging, accurate listings for vacation packages, tours, and travel services.

Ensure all product content pricing, descriptions, categories, and images are complete and correct in both English and French.

Detect and resolve issues proactively, whether it's a missing image or a product that isn't displaying properly.

Site Optimization & Analytics
Monitor the performance of merchandising features using tools like Google Analytics and BI platforms.

Collaborate with the Analytics team to ensure key components (highlight components, product placements, badging, search, etc.) are properly tagged and tracked in GA for accurate reporting.

Analyze user behavior and site metrics to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.

Participate in A/B testing and other experiments to validate ideas and support data-driven decisions.

Search Widget & Destination Activation
Ensure all destinations (countries, cities, landmarks) are correctly activated and return results in search.

Serve as the gatekeeper of the destination structure within the CMS, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with Product, IT, Revenue Management, Content, and Creative teams to align priorities and seasonal campaigns with regards to product assortment

Support initiatives such as product badging, promotional banners, and curated travel collections that inspire our customers.

Assist the Ecommerce Merchandise Manager with special tasks and high-impact projects.

Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting
Run regular audits to ensure an optimal experience across desktop and mobile.

Proactively identify and resolve layout, content, or technical issues before they impact users.

Ensure the on-site experience matches the expectations set by marketing efforts.

Reporting & Insights
Produce monthly reports that provide actionable insights

Highlight successes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend next steps.

Stay on top of ecommerce trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer behaviors.

What You Bring To The Team
1+ years of ecommerce merchandising experience, ideally in the travel or hospitality sector.

A problem-solving mindset and a sharp eye for patterns in data.

Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, CMS tools, and analytics/reporting software.

Strong communication and collaboration skills—you take initiative and work well cross-functionally.

Bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset.
