We collaborate as a team and celebrate each other's successes.Here's to crafting careers and creating new legacies.Crafted Highlights:In the role of On-Premise Field Sales Representative working in Burnaby/Coquitlam Territory you will be part of the British Columbia On-Premise Sales Team.This position reports to the BC On-Premise District Sales Manager and is responsible for achieving volume and distribution targets for our continued success in the region.This role provides hands-on training, company vehicle, cell phone, tablet, and the opportunity to learn and grow with one of Canada's oldest brewing companies.What You'll Be Brewing:This candidate will be the first point of contact for on-premise customers within the downtown Vancouver territory. It will be the responsibility for this sales representative to manage working relationships with 100+ on-premise customers. Through a First Choice lens, this candidate will build and support relationships with key customers, business partners, industry associations, and suppliersNegotiate programming in the on-premise on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure the success of our brands while supporting our customers prioritiesLeverage local partnerships with the BC Lions and Vancouver Whitecaps to bring exclusive initiatives to our downtown Vancouver on-premise partnersAchieve and exceed targeted sales plans on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basisEnsure brilliant execution by building rapport and supporting product standardsPlan and administer budgets, develop business case proposals and executionParticipate in twice-weekly sales meetings with the BC on-premise teamAnalyze valuable data by tracking volume, distribution performance and the competitive landscape to develop strategies that will help us meet any challengeKey Ingredients:You thrive on challenge.
