As a
Field Service Representative
you will be responsible for:

• Servicing, maintaining and commissioning of medical diagnostic imaging equipment
• Promptly following up and following through to customer resolution
• Displaying a high level of critical thinking to bring successful resolution to complex problems
• Controlling and completing electronic documentation
• Guiding the maintenance of tools, testing equipment and calibrating material
• Planning and scheduling of service and maintenance duties
• Interfacing with customers to provide quality service and support

Requirements To Have To Be Successful This Role

• Biomedical Electronics or Electronics Technologist or equivalent diploma
• Solid computer skills
• Customer service experience
• Field service experience is an asset
• Valid driver's license
• Clearance to travel domestically and internationally for training purposes
• Must have a valid passport

The base pay range for this position is CA$75,000 - CA$95,000 CAD annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is (10%) of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
