We're looking for a detail-oriented Estimator / Project Coordinator to join our growing team.

This role combines blueprint takeoffs, estimating, job coordination, and client communication — ideal for someone who enjoys both numbers and project flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review architectural drawings and perform accurate takeoffs for decking and railing systems
  • Prepare quotes, material lists, and job costing using company templates and pricing tools
  • Coordinate awarded projects from start to finish: ordering, scheduling, fabrication tracking, and installation timelines
  • Communicate with clients, builders, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Update project data in company spreadsheets and tracking systems
  • Identify scope changes and ensure all additional work is captured and billed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in estimating or project coordination (construction, metal fabrication, or exterior trades preferred)
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Proficient with Excel / Google Sheets and basic estimating software
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple jobs at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
