Canwest Concrete in Leduc/Edmonton is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our successful sales team.

Responsibility:

- Prepare and provide estimates to customers
- Lead project meetings and make sure safety requirements are met and CanWest’s policies and procedures are followed.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts, negotiation of changes, revisions, and additions as required.
- Coordinate all subcontracted work
- Plan, implement, and monitor the construction plan
- Complete site visits
- Ensure documentation, paying arrangements, and billing is completed in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- +5 years experience in the concrete industry
- 1-2 years of experience in sales
- Must have an understanding of how to read blueprints
- Experience in a project management or equivalent leadership position is preferred
- Beginner knowledge with Sage 100 is preferred but training will be provided

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- construction estimating: 1 year (preferred)
- Concrete: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Drivers License (required)
