• Familiarity with issue tracking systems (Jira, Salesforce) and multilingual environments.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• 2–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.


• Ability to collaborate across organizational levels and support leadership teams.


• A results-driven mindset with strong focus on achieving project objectives.


• Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability.


• Autonomy in task execution and decision-making within established frameworks.
