Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced
SAP BTP Developer
with strong hands-on expertise in
SAP S/4HANA
,
SAP BASIS
, and modern
CI/CD & DevOps practices
. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical leadership, integration experience using
APIs
, and data migration/replication exposure via
DMO/SLT
, particularly within
BFSI environments
. This role involves designing, developing, and leading scalable, secure, and high-performance SAP solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy applications and integrations on
    SAP BTP
  • Lead end-to-end SAP technical architecture involving
    S/4HANA
    and BTP services
  • Implement and manage
    CI/CD pipelines
    for SAP landscapes using DevOps best practices
  • Develop and consume
    REST/OData APIs
    for SAP and non-SAP integrations
  • Oversee
    system migrations and data replication
    using
    DMO/SLT.
  • Collaborate with SAP BASIS teams on system setup, performance tuning, and transport management
  • Ensure
    security, compliance, and scalability
    in BFSI-grade SAP solutions
  • Provide
    technical leadership
    , mentoring junior developers and guiding best practices
  • Work closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
  • Support production environments and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of SAP technical experience
    , including leadership roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    SAP BTP
    (Cloud Foundry, Integration Suite, Extension Suite, etc.)
  • Solid expertise in
    SAP S/4HANA
    architecture and integrations
  • Good working knowledge of
    SAP BASIS
    (installations, upgrades, transports, monitoring)
  • Experience with
    CI/CD tools
    and
    DevOps methodologies
    in SAP landscapes
  • Proficiency in
    API design and integration
    (REST, OData, SOAP)
  • Hands-on experience with
    DMO/SLT
    for system conversion and data replication
  • Exposure to
    BFSI environments
    with understanding of regulatory and security requirements
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP BTP or S/4HANA certifications
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) integrated with SAP
  • Knowledge of SAP security, identity management, and compliance frameworks
  • Prior experience leading large-scale SAP transformation programs
