Era Design Inc. is a jewellery store located in Vancouver, BC. We specialize in ethical, custom-designed engagement and wedding rings, pendants, and earrings. We also have a carefully curated collection of vintage and antique jewellery. Our store is situated off Commercial Drive, a vibrant and diverse neighbourhood in Vancouver
Role Description
This is a full-time role (4 days per week) for an on-site Sales and Production Assistant at Era Design Inc.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Assisting with daily store setup / take down
- Assisting customers for in-store browsing appointments
- Handling sales transactions
- Organizing & responding to customer emails
- Answering the phone and returning voicemails
- Assisting the processing team as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in retail sales or customer service
- A warm and friendly personality
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- A passion for jewellery (Knowledge of jewellery is a plus but not required)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
