We are a club with momentum, a unified coaching philosophy, and a supportive board that is committed to building a high-performance pathway while keeping athlete joy and long-term development at the centre of everything we do.

- Contribute to team culture and club-wide initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Head Coach on overall program development.
Qualifications
- NCCP Swimming 101 certified (Swim Ontario Fundamental Coach Certification)

- CSCA member (or willing to become one).
- Vulnerable Sector Check required.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
Compensation & Structure
- Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
- Full-time and part-time options available.
- Meet session travel and mileage covered according to club policy.
- Professional development reimbursement for ongoing certification.
- Stable, predictable schedule with support from club administration and leadership.
