This role suits a hands-on leader who values strong teams, consistent service, and being part of a fast paced, multi outlet F&B operation.About Sudden SallySudden Sally is a well-known Banff dining destination with a loyal mix of local regulars and visiting guests. The operation includes two cafes, a lounge, and a full-service restaurant. The team manages high volume periods while maintaining a welcoming, community focused approach to service and workplace culture.The RoleAs General Manager, you are responsible for the overall success of the operations. You oversee daily operations across the dining room, lounge, café's and catering offerings. You lead Front of House and Back of House teams, support your leadership group, and protect the guest experience every day.You work closely with the chef to align menus, costing, staffing, and execution. You also collaborate with hotel and sales partners to support group business and special events.
