Human Resources Administrator (Tech-Savvy, New Grads Welcome)

Location: Ancaster

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $45,000–$55,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including data entry, updates, and personnel changes.
  • Support recruitment by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires using digital platforms, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Utilize HR systems (HRIS, ATS) for reporting, time tracking, and general HR operations.
  • Implement and enhance HR tech solutions and processes.
  • Support training, development, and performance management programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Answer employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, time off, and attendance.
  • Assist with HR special projects as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and other departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Interest in leveraging technology to improve HR processes.
