Human Resources Administrator (Tech-Savvy, New Grads Welcome)

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $45,000–$55,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including data entry, updates, and personnel changes.
- Support recruitment by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Assist with onboarding new hires using digital platforms, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Utilize HR systems (HRIS, ATS) for reporting, time tracking, and general HR operations.
- Implement and enhance HR tech solutions and processes.
- Support training, development, and performance management programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Answer employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, time off, and attendance.
- Assist with HR special projects as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and other departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Interest in leveraging technology to improve HR processes.
