Human Resources Administrator (Tech-Savvy, New Grads Welcome)
Location: Ancaster
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $45,000–$55,000

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate employee records, including data entry, updates, and personnel changes.

Support recruitment by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

Assist with onboarding new hires using digital platforms, ensuring a smooth transition.

Utilize HR systems (HRIS, ATS) for reporting, time tracking, and general HR operations.

Implement and enhance HR tech solutions and processes.

Support training, development, and performance management programs.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Answer employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, time off, and attendance.

Assist with HR special projects as needed.

Provide administrative support to the HR team and other departments.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).

Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Interest in leveraging technology to improve HR processes.
