Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our customer support team. This is a bilingual role, requiring fluency in both French and English, to assist our French-speaking customers across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. In addition to customer service duties, the role will involve coordinating internal communications and translating marketing materials to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and possess the organizational skills necessary to manage a wide range of service inquiries.
Duties and Responsibilities
● Provide bilingual support (French/English) for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of sales-related and service inquiries, including returns and exchanges.
● Manage product returns and exchanges, verify the condition of returned items, and ensure they meet company standards.
● Gather and relay customer feedback regarding product quality, overall satisfaction, and opportunities for service improvements.
● Enhance customer satisfaction and foster brand loyalty by delivering outstanding service and proactively engaging with customers.
● Review and translate marketing materials, promotional content, and other communications from English to French, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
● Collaborate with team members to resolve complex or time-sensitive customer issues.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, follow up as needed, and escalate issues to the appropriate department or team members when necessary.
● Perform other related duties as required.
Experience Requirements
● Bilingual in French and English (both written and spoken) is a must.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
● Previous customer service experience is preferred.
● Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
● Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, and other customer support or shipping software.
● Experience with translation or localization is a plus.
● Basic IT troubleshooting and technical support knowledge is an asset.
● A degree in communications, business, or a related field is a plus.
