We're looking for our next Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis. Could It Be You?
Working under the direction of the Senior Manager, Forecasting, the incumbent supports the Growth Portfolio team by executing budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting on QFG's Growth Portfolio business.

This role will primarily support the financial analysis needs of the Growth Portfolio business and work closely with strategy, product, operations, and technology leads to develop business cases for new initiatives, and build forecasts and budgets to support the corporate FP&A processes. In addition, you will be standing up and executing the Growth Portfolio's monthly and quarterly management reporting processes to assess the KPIs and profitability of the initiatives.

This role is ideal for an ambitious and experienced professional who is excited about a role that offers an optimum balance of advanced financial modeling and close collaboration with the business.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Preparation of business cases to assess financial decisions using various modeling methodologies, incl. statistical modeling, driver-based modeling, scenario analysis, and financial valuation methods
• Developing and maintaining robust forecast and budgeting models to support the recurring and adhoc FP&A processes
• Providing monthly and quarterly management reports to business leaders to track performance of business cases and operational results against budget
• Developing and presenting slide decks to business and finance leaders for the communication of analysis, budgets, forecasts, and financial results
• Partnering with Growth Portfolio, Strategy, and other cross functional teams to gather and discuss inputs for business cases and financial models
• Pursuing continuous improvement in FP&A processes
• Leading and assisting with adhoc special projects within the FP&A team as they arise

? You are if you…

• Hold a post-secondary degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Hold a CPA or CFA designation (or working towards one)
• Have 5+ years of progressive FP&A or Strategic Finance experience
• Have expertise in developing sophisticated financial models from scratch to assess feasibility of business decisions
• Have proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships, effectively managing conflicting demands and competing priorities
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interacting with all levels of leadership
• Are proactive and results-driven
• Have advanced proficiency in Excel

Additional Kudos If You…

• Have experience in the financial / investment industry
• Have experience with NetSuite, Oracle EPBCS, and Google Suite
