About the Role

We are seeking a Data & Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a high-visibility role at the center of our employee interactions, working closely with stakeholders across sales, service, parts, ecommerce, HR, and leadership. The ideal candidate will help us make better decisions with our DMS and CRM data, support our ongoing system enhancements, and serve as a key resource for managing day-to-day support requests.

What You'll Do

  • Model, analyze, and maintain data from our DMS, CRM, and related platforms
  • Translate business needs into clean datasets, reports, and actionable insights
  • Coordinate system enhancements and updates, ensuring stakeholders stay informed
  • Manage and triage support requests, resolving issues or escalating them as needed
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and optimize data flow
  • Create documentation, guides, and training material to support system use
  • Contribute to our data governance standards and best practices

What We're Looking For

  • Must have experience working with automotive DMS/CRM systems (PBS, Dealertrack, Dealermine, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys solving problems and improving systems
