Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Associate located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Process Associate will oversee and streamline operational processes, assist with business process outsourcing (BPO) tasks, and contribute to financial and administrative workflows. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and monitoring performance metrics to meet service goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating processes and improving operational efficiencies
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for client interaction and problem-solving
- Knowledge of Finance or related administrative tasks
- Experience with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) workflows
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other relevant tools
- Previous experience in a process-related role is an asset
