As a Clinic Services Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, making a real difference in their lives. You'll have the opportunity to work in our pediatric hearing clinic, supporting children with their hearing needs. If you’re looking for a job where you can help others and grow, this is the role for youWhat You'll Do:Make proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective patients to schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendarAssist patients with third-party funding and insurance claimsKeep client records organized and assist with general office tasksEnsure the clinic is clean, organized and welcoming for all patientsWhat’s in it for you:A positive and supportive work environment focused on growthThe opportunity to make a meaningful impact in someone's lifeWhat you bring:A positive energy and can-do mindsetPost-secondary education or equivalent experience1+ year in a customer-facing role (healthcare or retail preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skillsFluency in other languages is a plusStrong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentTech savvy with the ability to quickly learn various systems and applicationsAs a part of the hiring process, we require applicants to complete a 15 minute online pre-employment profile assessment.
