Seeking: Looking for an assistant tutoring supervisor to join our company at the NE location.

Requirement: The ideal candidate will be a University graduate, with a post graduate degree or undergraduate degree in education or business or relevant experience in the field of education. The successful candidate will be able to teach Math, English, Science, and Social Studies, and have extensive experience in learning environments such as Alberta schools and classrooms as well as working with children.

About the company: CLS Inc. is a YYC based tutoring company located at Westwinds Crescent. We are focused on tutoring kids from K-12, and are working towards expanding our company, and have launched our App (Studyapp.AI), and will train the supervisor to integrate the App into learning. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional who enjoys working with students and contributing to bettering the lives of children.

Role: The role of the assistant supervisor will be to supervise tutors and students scheduled to come in for tutoring. The assistant supervisor will be trained how to create weekly schedules, manage the location, greet new clients, interact with students, parents, and tutors effectively. The assistant supervisor will be extremely organized, self-motivated and hard working. He/she will be responsible for keeping up to date with the progress of the students at the location and discussing the child's progress with parents who visit the location.

We will start with $20/hour, and there is scope to increase the wage if the candidate is able to manage the location efficiently, bring in new clients, and effectively carry out the duties.
