The Program
Crew Supervisor
The Position
· Lead day-to-day renovation and repair work, including painting, drywall, flooring, basic carpentry, and general maintenance.
· Plan and organize job tasks to ensure smooth operations and timely completion.
· Coordinate material orders and liaise with tradespeople or subcontractors as needed.
· Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) regulations, including hazard identification, safe work practices, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
· Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and other stakeholders about project progress and any issues.
· Monitor quality of work and provide guidance and training to staff and apprentices.
Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in renovation, construction, or building maintenance.
· Proven experience supervising a small team or crew.
· Comfortable using mobile devices (phone/tablet) for scheduling and job tracking.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
