**The Program**

CJHS is seeking a hands-on **Crew Supervisor** to lead renovation and maintenance projects that support our mission of creating safe, welcoming spaces. You’ll work closely with a small team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role is ideal for someone with trade experience who enjoys mentoring others, solving problems, and making a tangible impact in the community.

**The Position**

- Lead day-to-day renovation and repair work, including painting, drywall, flooring, basic carpentry, and general maintenance.
- Plan and organize job tasks to ensure smooth operations and timely completion.
- Coordinate material orders and liaise with tradespeople or subcontractors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) regulations, including hazard identification, safe work practices, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and other stakeholders about project progress and any issues.
- Monitor quality of work and provide guidance and training to staff and apprentices.

**Qualifications**

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in renovation, construction, or building maintenance.
- Proven experience supervising a small team or crew.
- Comfortable using mobile devices (phone/tablet) for scheduling and job tracking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
