Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to support daily dealership operations by maintaining vehicle organization, lot appearance, and inventory accuracy. This role requires strong organizational skills, safe driving habits, and proficiency in Excel for inventory tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Move, park, and organize vehicles safely on the lot
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lot appearance
  • Assist with vehicle intake, staging, and basic preparation
  • Update and maintain vehicle inventory records using Excel
  • Ensure accurate handling of vehicle keys and vehicle locations
  • Perform basic visual inspections and report any damage or issues
  • Support sales and management with day-to-day operational tasks
  • Assist with snow removal and seasonal maintenance when required
  • Follow all dealership policies and safety procedures

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Driver's abstract will be required prior to hiring
  • Proficient in Excel (updating lists, sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
  • Comfortable driving various vehicle types
  • Physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday (day shifts)
  • Full-time hours
