We offer a “promote from within culture”, training, solid pay plans, benefits and perks including employee incentives on vehicle purchases, parts and service. - Want change in a disruptive market - Like being uncomfortable with "change" to grow - Want to be part of the "new era" of analytical leadership and empowerment - Have no Management experience but an "open" mind and driven **Responsibilities**: - Keep all vehicles parked in correct areas as indicated on the general lot plan - Move all vehicles as required - Participate in vehicle delivery; wash and gas the vehicle before schedule delivery - Participate in dealer trades, or other driving duties - Keep parking lot and grounds clean and maintained - Ability to drive and operate standard transmission vehicles - Aptitude for customer relations **Qualifications**: - Must be hardworking and organized, and able to work in outdoor conditions year-round - Ability to provide meticulous work - Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles - Good time management skills - Good customer service skills - One (1) year previous detailing experience - Valid Ontario Driver’s License - Clean Driver’s Abstract If you are searching for an opportunity to grow your career while adding value to our team, then this role is for you.
