Key Responsibilities:
• Access Review & Certification:
o Perform periodic access reviews to ensure appropriate access levels are maintained.
o Collaborate with business units to validate user access and identify discrepancies.
o Document and report findings, and follow up on remediation actions.
• Access Provisioning & Deprovisioning:
o Process access requests for various systems, applications, and platforms.
o Ensure timely and accurate provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts.
o Maintain audit trails and documentation for all access changes.
• Policy & Compliance:
o Ensure access management practices align with internal security policies and external compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
o Support internal and external audits by providing access-related documentation and evidence.
• System & Process Improvement:
o Identify opportunities to streamline access management processes.
o Assist in the implementation and enhancement of IAM tools and technologies.
o Participate in IAM-related projects and initiatives.
• Collaboration & Support:
o Work closely with IT, HR, and business stakeholders to manage user lifecycle events.
o Provide guidance and support to end-users regarding access-related issues.
Qualifications:
• bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in identity and access management or IT security.
• Familiarity with IAM tools (e.g., MIM, Azure AD, etc.).
• Understanding of access control principles, least privilege, and role-based access.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
