Your role as Data Entry Specialist

Our company crafts prescription medical devices to tens of thousands of Canadians each year, and we're looking for a rockstar Data Entry Specialist to join our team. Reporting to Nicole Tanner, Customer Success Manager, your mission will be the satisfaction of our clients, including physicians, podiatrists, and chiropodists, and the patients they serve.

What you'll be doing:

  • Data entry, including organizing, inputting, crosschecking, and packaging inbound & outbound customer orders (shipping & receiving).
  • Enter and modify customer information within our internal database
  • Responding to incoming customer inquiries by phone, engaging in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Other general administrative duties as required

  • You embrace the idea of working on a small team, with the ability to take on and master different responsibilities
  • You have exceptional communication skills, spoken and written
  • You're a quick learner, comfortable managing various tasks and solving problems in a timely and calm manner
  • You have the ability to lift 10-15 pounds
  • A post-secondary diploma is an asset, as is familiarity with the medical device or orthotics industry - but relevant experience and an enthusiasm to learn is just as valuable
