**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets with precision.
- Maintain organized files and records for easy retrieval and reference.
- Assist in the management of office systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Utilize Excel and other software tools to analyze data and generate reports.
- Identify any discrepancies in data entry and take corrective action as necessary.

**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in databases, including experience with data entry systems.
- Excellent administrative skills, including clerical tasks such as filing and document management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting purposes.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $21.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
