**Job Description: Data Entry Clerk**

We have a position available for a data entry clerk. We will train the individual we select for the position, no experience is required. The starting salary is $20.00 per hour.

Position: Data Entry Clerk - Permanent Full Time
Office Location: North East Calgary
Shift: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Printing and Preparing Documents for Data Entry;
- Entering Data in Customs Specialized Software;
- Entering Data in Microsoft Excel;
- Entering Cheques and Data in Quickbooks;
- Answering the Telephone
- Scanning Documents and Uploading them to Customers’ Accounts
- Other duties as required.

- ability to work in a fast-paced busy environment.

- self-motivated and hardworking;

- strong organizational abilities, flexible, and reliable;
- good computer knowledge and skills;
- detail oriented, eager to learn and be resourceful and focused;
- Grade 12 education

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
