You'll gain hands-on experience working on live in-store promotions, retail events, and pop-up activations while learning how to manage client relationships, generate leads, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Engage directly with customers in retail and event environments to promote products and services.

  • Learn how to manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring goals and objectives are consistently met.

  • Support the development and execution of promotional campaigns from start to finish.

  • Assist in identifying and qualifying new leads through face-to-face interactions.

  • Build meaningful relationships with customers, delivering personalized service and solutions.

  • Work collaboratively with teammates to hit daily and weekly performance targets.

  • Participate in workshops and sales training sessions to strengthen communication and negotiation skills.

  • Gather customer insights and feedback to help improve campaign performance.

  • Represent both Distinct Vancouver and our clients with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
