Paradox is growing - and we're looking for a driven, tech-savvy Sales Operations Specialist to help us expand our Geotechnical and Earthworks offering across Western Canada.
This role is the backbone of our sales function. You'll own the systems, data, and processes that power our Business Development team - from HubSpot management to workflow design, reporting, and pipeline visibility. You won't just maintain tools; you'll build and refine the sales processes that make our team faster, more aligned, and more effective.
We're looking for someone who wants to grow - this position is the starting point for a career path that leads into a full Business Development Representative role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Engage with new and existing clients by phone and email to identify opportunities and support project needs.
- Manage and update client records, leads, and opportunities in HubSpot - your expertise in CRM management will be key to our team's success.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Operations teams to prepare quotes, proposals, and bids.
- Track upcoming tenders and projects through online platforms and client outreach.
- Follow up on quotes and leads, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Assist with RFP responses, price quotations, and contract documentation.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives such as trade shows and client events.
- Provide a high level of customer service and follow through to ensure client satisfaction.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within Engineering, Earthworks or related industries.
- Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM systems - comfortable using automation, pipelines, and reporting features.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience preparing proposals, bids, and contracts.
- Strong asset: established relationships with procurement teams in oil & gas, utilities, and forestry sectors.
- Class 5 Driver's License and an adequate 5-year Driver's Abstract.
- If assigned a company vehicle, must have the ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol test.
