Job Title: Receiver

**Duties**:

- Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against purchase orders or invoices
- Inspect packages for damage and report any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel
- Unload and unpack merchandise from delivery trucks or containers
- Sort and organize received items in designated storage areas
- Update inventory records and maintain accurate documentation of received goods
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient handling and distribution of merchandise
- Assist with inventory management, including conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail to accurately inspect and verify shipments
- Strong organizational skills to effectively sort and store received items
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Basic computer skills to update inventory records and generate reports
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy packages or equipment as needed
- Excellent communication skills to report any issues or discrepancies promptly
