Competitive Pay: Technicians can earn up to $200,000+ through our flat rate and bonus system. 35 flat rate, up to 43 flat rate including top production level.

  • Performance Bonuses: Extra pay for surpassing bi-weekly production hour thresholds
  • Certification Premiums: OE certifications can boost your base pay above 35 flat rate with all training costs covered by Kirmac.
  • High Production Potential: Experienced technicians typically bill 400+ hours per Month.

Schedule:

  • Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
  • Flexible scheduling options available (afternoons, nights, weekends).
