Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly and professionally at the front desk
  • Welcome new and returning patients with care and attentiveness
  • Schedule and manage appointments for multiple therapists
  • Operate POS transactions and handle payment processes
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and online messages efficiently
  • Educate clients on our services and treatment options
  • Use clinic software to manage records and schedules
  • Maintain cleanliness and assist with basic clinic upkeep
  • Support inventory and supply management
  • Perform manager-assigned tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage time well
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Clinic customer service or receptionist experience preferred
  • Familiarity with basic medical terms is an asset
  • Genuine interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine
  • Willingness to learn and grow continuously
  • Creative mindset and problem-solving ability

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
