We are looking to hire a Receptionist / Front Desk Client Service Representative as a full-time employee.

**Qualification**
- Honesty, strong work ethic, and punctual

- Natural Salesperson, result-oriented, pays close attention to detail, and good written and verbal communication skills
- Independent
- Adapt to work under high pressure, multitasking ability, like to challenge the fast-paced work
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to teamwork
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience with cosmetic, salon, spa, medical spa, in medical, paramedical or similar industry is an asset, and previous experience in sales and reception role is an asset
- Experience managing schedules, and familiarity working with scheduling software

**Responsibilities**
- Schedule/book/reschedule clinical services
- Check-in clients upon arrival
- Process payments of services
- Performing administrative duties such as counting orders and submitting order info into the clinical system.
- Ensuring client needs are met and their experience is satisfying
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the salon including day to day sanitization and day to day cleaning duties throughout the day
- Minimum education is High school or equivalent
