As a Sales Trainer / Coach, you will also be responsible for executing our comprehensive training programs for our sales team, enhancing the overall knowledge and competence, enabling them to effectively understand, promote, and offer our services. You will play a pivotal role in coaching our sales team and ultimately driving sales and customer satisfaction.

  • 8 weeks of paid in class and on the field training (starting on the Jan 5th Please note that you have to be available to come to Montreal for the first 4 weeks of training. We will provide and pay for the traveling expenses to and from Montreal, lodging and accommodations during your stay in Montreal.
  • Salary 90,000.00$ a year. Plus opportunity to run 2 leads per week with very generous commission
  • No worries about prospecting LEADS Confirmed pre-set quality appointments every day. Our in-house professional appointment center will schedule your sales appointments so you can present the right solution that suits the customers' needs during home visits

What you will do as a Sales Manager:

  • Lead and manage team of Sales Representatives to accomplish company's goals
  • Deliver our interactive training programs, product demonstrations and interactive online resources to our sales team
  • Coach sales team in class as well as on the field
  • Assess the training needs and tailor training programs considering the varying levels of technical knowledge and expertise
  • Do coaching calls and provide ongoing support to sales teams by answering technical inquiries, resolving product-related issues, and offering guidance on product positioning and effective selling strategies
  • Give feedback on proposals and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with business goals and ensure consistent messaging
  • Enforce style guidelines, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards
  • Run 2 leads per week by visit customers' homes at pre-schedule appointments done by our appointment center and present the right solution that suits the customers' needs
  • Do necessary admin/paperwork

  • Bachelor Degree

  • Experience in renovation/home improvement is an asset
