Sales Manager

About the Role:

As the Sales Manager, you'll take the lead in promoting the community, managing the leasing of suites, and developing relationships with prospective residents and their families. You'll also act as an ambassador within the surrounding community, connecting with referral sources and participating in outreach initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with prospective residents and families through a consultative, relationship-based sales approach

  • Conduct tours and provide information on community offerings and lifestyle options

  • Manage and follow up on all leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system

  • Build and nurture partnerships with local organizations and referral networks

  • Coordinate and participate in marketing, community, and outreach events

  • Monitor local competition and contribute insights to sales and marketing strategies

  • Collaborate with the community's leadership team to meet and exceed occupancy targets

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of sales experience (real estate, hospitality, healthcare, or customer service background highly valued)

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a natural ability to connect with people

  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and confident in managing a full sales cycle

  • Organized, professional, and adaptable with a positive attitude

  • Access to a vehicle and valid Class G driver's license
