Your Role & Impact
As a Sales Representative , you'll be an ambassador of connectivity—helping customers find the right telecom services for their needs and grow your skills through hands‑on selling and client engagement:
- Advise and educate customers on Bell products and packages, including Bell Mobility, wireless devices, and etc.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through a mix of walk‑ins, leads, and door‑to‑door outreach.
- Gather feedback on customer preferences and competitive promotions to help shape strategy.
- Maintain compliance with Bell policies and retail standards to ensure consistent service delivery.
What You'll Bring
- Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technology clearly to all audiences.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments with flexible availability.
- Must have experience in telecommunication sales, and customer service.
- Multilingual abilities (e.g. Hindi, Punjabi) are a plus
